Two Bangladeshi madrassah students gang- raped

Two female students of class – IX of a madrassah were raped by some miscreants at a resident at Chhoto Podaulia village under Jhikargachha sub-district in Jessore district. The students were raped on Sunday but the information was disclosed to local journalists on Thursday night.Locals said the students were raped at a residence at Chhoto Podaulia villager under Jhikargachha sub-district in the evening of August 30 by Mazharul of the village and Jahid of Ulakola village along with 5 to 6 others. The victims were rescued by the locals hearing the hue and cry.  The victims’ families did not dare to file any case against the rapists as the miscreants are influential at the area.Anisur Rahman, member of the local union council confirmed the information to journalists.Assistant sub inspector Ramproshad, assistant in-charge, Bankra police investigation camp told journalists that he heard the information.
