DC pays surprise visit to various govt offices

In order to check the punctuality in the government offices, District Development Commissioner Kathua Ramesh Kumar today visited various offices in Mini Secretariat Complex here at Kathua.DDC directed department heads to adhere to the office timings strictly so that general public does not face any problem during office hours.Earlier, DDC Kathua Ramesh Kumar also inspected the ongoing construction work of Government Polytechnic building being executed by JKPCC.ADDC Kathua, Manmohan Singh, DGM JKPCC R.K Mansotra accompanied the DDC during the visit.DDC directed the executing agency to complete all the allied works of the polytechnic college building within one month.He called for completion of academic block i.e.  ground floor of the building so that classes can be started at the earliest.
