A one day session of Executive Council of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum was held under the Chairmanship of Teachers forum and EJAC President Abdul Qayoom Wani at Central Office Srinagar.According to a statement issued to KNS, the session hailed the role of Ex. Director School Education Showkat Ahmad Beigh and Young Joint Director Syed Abid Rashid Shah and termed Showkat Ahmad Beigh a farsighted capable and human friendly Officer who left no stone unturned to maintain the dignity and honour of the teacher besides resolving the issues of teachers.The session also said that the seriousness services of young Joint Director Abid Rashid Shah shall be remembered and the session prayed for his success in future. The session hailed by posting of Dr. Shah Faisal as Director School Education and hoped by the coming of young Director to the department. Shall touch new heights it was decided that Director shall be given full support for the betterment of the Deptt.
The session praised Dr. Shah Faisal for his capability and administrative acumen and it was reiterated to extend him full support for the overall development of the Education Deptt. But Teachers Forum would not hesitate to point out such things which would be detrimental to the Teachers honor and dignity.The session also praised the steps taken by the Education Minister for making the Deptt. Active and result oriented. The session upheld and louded the role of Chairman Teachers Forum and EJAC President Abdul Qayoom Wani for his role in resolving the issues of Teachers and it was decided that the Office Bearers, Members and Delegates of Teachers Forum shall implement every Decision of EJAC President / Chairman Teachers Forum at gross root level with full strength and dedication.
