A free Medical cum Veterinary Camp was organized at Primary Health Center village Sagribatpura in district Baramulla. Which was organized by 29 Rashtriya Rifles from Army Camp, Haiderbeig, and Pattan evoked a phenomenal response in the area. A team of doctors including a lady doctor were brought together under one roof to perform a free check up at village Sagribatpura. hundreds of patients of all age groups including children and women from and animals in and around the villages of Sagribatpura were provided free medical aid and medicines by qualified medical experts from both civil organization and Army.This Camp was specially organized to mitigate the problems of the AWAM in remote area and provide medical facilities. The initiative was well received by the local public present during the Camp, who thanked Army for organizing the event, especially, Commanding officer col Abishek Tripathi, Major RK Dubey, the Company Commander at the Sagribatpura Army Camp. The active participation of the locals and their enthusiasm during the event gave a glimpse of reinforcing ties between Army and "AWAM".
