Accepting that parliament not being able to carry out any legislative business during the monsoon session was "frustrating", union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday said the central government would expose the opposition among the people."No major legislative business could be carried out (during the monsoon session) in that sense it's frustrating for the entire country, but (also) educating for the entire country (that the Congress and the Left did not allow the house to work)," Jaitley said at a press conference here.Criticising the Congress and the Left parties for disrupting parliamentary business during the just concluded monsoon session, the BJP leader said the opposition did not have any valid reason to disrupt the house."This was a disruption without a cause," he said, adding that the Congress never wanted power to go out of the Gandhi family's hands.

Jaitley said the NDA would take the issue among the people. "We will send different teams of our leaders in all 44 constituencies of the Congress and nine of those Left parties to tell people the truth."This would be done in the entire country but specific care would taken to cover all Congress and Left parties' constituencies to educate people about their disruptive policies, the minister said. The teams would consist of a central minister and four MPs, Jaitley said.Without naming Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Jaitley criticised her for marching to the well of the Lok Sabha. "Never before the supreme leader of a mainstream party entered in the well of the house," he said.He also criticised Rahul Gandhi, saying he does not know the difference between a parliamentary speech and sloganeering.
