‘My Village My World’ mission launched at Ganderbal

In connection with launching of ‘My Village My World’ mission, a function was organized by Rural Development Department Ganderbal at Boys High School Tulamulla today. Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Showkat Aijaz was the chief guest on the occasion.The function was attended by Block Development Officer Ganderbal, other officers, members of Panchayat Raj Institutions, senior citizens and students. The Deputy Commissioner on the occasion said that the mission has been started in the entire district and is aimed at making people aware to keep the environment surroundings neat and clean, besides preserving water bodies and other national resources. On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal appealed the people to cooperate with Administration so that the overall environment is saved from pollution.Later, a rally headed by Deputy Commissioners, Ganderbal was taken from the venue which concluded at Girls High School.
