Sadhotra inspects dev works in Marh

Minister for Labour, Planning and Development  Ajay Kumar Sadhotra today visited Marh constituency and  inspected various development works, besides  kick started black topping of two roads under Border Area Development Programme. The black topping will cost Rs 21 lakhs and cover 1.5 kilometer road at Village Sampuanpur Kullian (Surya Chak). The half kilometere road being black topped connects Sampuranpur to Harijan Basti.The Minister asked the executing agency to ensure quality work and complete the projects in stipulated time frame.Interacting with the locals, the Minister said that the government is committed to ensure good roads and other amenities to the people, especially those living in remote and far flung areas.Mr Sadhotra also took review of various development works under execution in the constituency and sought status of these from the concerned officers. He hoped that these works will be completed timely so that benefits accrue to the people.
