Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh released the Video CD titled ‘Double Dhamal’ brought out by Shri Sumit Narayan and Nishu Jaryak of Theog area of district Shimla here today. Chief Minister said that such efforts played pivotal role in preserving the rich culture and folk of the State. The Video CD has been directed and edited by Shri Ravinder Kewala and produced by Pooja Chaudhary.
