At least nine people were killed because of a flash flood in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, media reported on Friday.The flash flood hit Upper Dir district on Thursday, killing three women, five children and a cleric, Dawn online reported.Heavy rainfall caused a sudden rush of water to the low-lying district, destroying shops, houses and a seminary.According to locals, the toll could rise as several children and people were unaccounted for.
