Minister for Medical Education, Youth Services & Sports,Taj Mohi ud Din today underscored the need for judicious utilisation of funds even as he advised spendings to be done within the time schedules.Chairing a review meeting of the health sector today, the Minister asked the officers to prioritise the sector in allocations as it involves all of us. He said health constitutes the basic element of life and accordingly the government has flagged it as a priority area of growth.
Mr. Taj suggested timely reviews of the allocations and requirements so that the critical projects do not suffer due to paucity of funds. He said providing quality healthcare is the responsibility of the government and all efforts should be made in this direction.Principal Secretary, Planning & Development, Mr. B. R.
