Bijender Yadav, a criminal who carried a reward of Rs.1 lakh on his head, has been arrested here, police said on Wednesday.Yadav, declared a proclaimed offender in four cases, was taken into custody on Tuesday from his house at Shalimar Bagh following a tip off. A police officer said a locally-made pistol was seized from Yadav, whose arrest was described as "a professional and clinical operation".A school dropout, Yadav was first arrested in 1997 for buying stolen property. He contested municipal councillor elections from Jahangirpuri area in 2007.
