SC Commission Helps 552 Students To Get Their Fee Refunded

Prompt and timely intervention of the SC commission has helped 552 SC students in getting their fee refunded, which has been obtained by the several educational institutions flouting norms.Disclosing this here today Mr. Rajesh Bagha, Chairman, Punjab State Scheduled Casts Commission said that taking a suo motto notice of reports, the commission had sought a detailed report from the Principal of GKS, Government College, Tanda Urmur regarding the non-implementation of the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme. He said that the in its report the Principal has deposed that they have now refunded the admission fee of 552 students and assured that the fee of the remaining 5 per cent students would also be refunded soon.Bagha said that the commission has summoned Principal of GKS, Government College, Tanda Urmur on the next date to present personally and to submit the  submit the affidavit with regard to the implementation of Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for the session 2014-15.
