Modi began his nine-day official tour from France on April 9. He then travelled to Germany, from where he flew to Canada. He visited the Canadian cities of Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver.Modi flies back to India, with a stopover at Frankfurt.During his visit, he connected with the Indian diaspora.The three-nation tour was marked by the announcement on purchase of 36 Rafale fighter jets in France, clinching a five-year uranium supply deal with Canada, pushing the Make in India initiative in Germany, and assuring all of the ease of doing business in India.
