State Congress Chief Professor Saif-u-Din Soz while terming Mufti Muhammad Sayeed as a sound and seasoned politician Wednesday said that Congress party is in touch with People’s Democratic Party as far as government formation process is concerned.Soz told CNS that it is the Mufti Muhammad Sayeed who has to take initiative, as Congress party has no such numbers to do so. “My party can’t take any initiative as we lack numbers. It is Mufti Sahab who has to take initiative and hopefully everything will be alright,” he said.
Responding to a question, Soz said that Mufti being a seasoned politician will give no chance or room to BJP to form government in the state. “Things will come on track and everything will get clear in coming days,” he said. (CNS)
