CBI chief Anil Kumar Sinha Saturday said the agency has minutely investigated all the cases, adding he preferred "zero-defect" probes.Speaking at the Agenda Aaj Tak - 2014 conclave, Sinha said: "We carry out minute probes while investigating every case."
