The AAP Tuesday said the BJP-led central government had no "political will" to address the women safety issues, citing a government response to an RTI query which stated that it was "yet to utilise Rs. 1,000 crore allocated to Nirbhaya Fund."Besides, the party said that its activist had informed the Delhi government's transport department in August of web-based taxi service provider operating illegally.A woman financial analyst was allegedly raped by taxi driver of US-based Uber taxi service. The Delhi government has banned Uber and other web-based taxi services providers following the incident.

"This government had announced to start 100 One Stop Crisis Centre for women under the Nirbhaya Scheme. No money has been disbursed from the scheme," AAP member Atishi Marlena said here at a press conference.

In its response, the copies of which were circulated among the media by the AAP, the government further said that it could not do so because "the various schemes were yet to be finalised."Marlena also said that Delhi government's decision to ban web-based taxi service and union transport minister Nitin Gadkari saying that ban was not a solution reflected "non seriousness" of the government.
