Militants attacked Army Camp in North Kashmir’s Baramullah District early morning of Friday which later triggered to an Encounter.Ferocious gunfight has been broke in Baramullah districts Uri village which is known as remote village of North Kashmir. Preliminary reports suggest that Head Constable Abdul Majeed and Constable Sanjay belonging to Police Station Uri have been killed in firing incident that took place near Artillery Unit. In a meantime, One Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) has also been injured in this attack, hurt Officer has been shifted to Hospital for treatment.
Army sources say that they have managed to kill one militant is killed outside the camp, while other two managed to enter it. A senior police officer said militants attacked an army camp at Mohra near Uri border town early Friday."Militants attacked a field ordnance camp of the army at Mohra (Uri) early today (Friday) morning," the officer told here. "A group of two to three militants are believed to have entered the camp where intense firing is going on," the officer added. There are reports of a fire from the camp but fire tenders are unable to go inside because of the ongoing gun battle.
