It would take Rs. 150 cr to make the entire Delhi a WiFi zone, said AAP which has made a poll promise to this effect."If voted to power, the party will launch a mobile application 'Aap Ki Sarkar, Aap Ke Dwar" through which essential Internet services will be offered free for 30 minutes," AAP leader Adarsh Shastri said.
