Mohinder Singh Ji told that it was stated here late last evening by His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, Head of the Sant Nirankari Mission , while addressing the Last day’s open session of the on-going 67th Nirankari Sant Samagam. The 3-day Samagam was attended by lakhs of people not only from various parts of the country but across the world also. Baba Ji said that there is no dearth of religious believers, but unfortunately they take only rituals to be the be all and the end all of their faith. Saints, Gurus and prophets since ages have pointed out that mere repeating the name of God or reading and reciting holy scriptures does not make you truly religious.

On Tuesday, His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj and his gracious spouse Pujya Mata Sawinder Ji visited the residential tents of the devotees on the Samagam venue. Devotees were so overwhelmed with joy that they led them in an open vehicle in a colourful procession. They expressed their joy through folk dances and songs. Dressed in their regional costumes and singing in their regional languages, they presented a beautiful sight of unity in persity. His Holiness also joined in their joy eliminating the distance between Satguru and his devotees. It took more than four hours for the pine couple to go around all the grounds and bless the devotees.
