Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said Wednesday the state is fully prepared to meet any eventuality arising out of a possible cyclonic storm."I reviewed the cyclone situation with all the concerned departments. All the preparations have been made to meet the situation. The departments have been asked to prepare contingency plan to deal with it," he said after reviewing the preparations.It was decided in the review meeting to write to the Election Commission to relieve officers engaged in election duty outside Odisha. Assembly elections are due in Maharashtra and Haryana Oct 15.
