INLD MP from Hisar and party candidate from Uchana, Dushyant Chautala today leveled serious allegations against former Congress leader, who has recently joined BJP, Chaudhary Birender Singh, accusing him of duping the people of Uchana assembly segment by not bringing any development in the assembly segment.
“I demand that Chaudhary Birender Singh, whose wife Prem Lata, this time is contesting on BJP against me, must come out with a white paper showing that what his contribution was for the development of Uchana when he remained a tall standing leader of the party who ruled the state for ten long years with a government of his party at the Centre as well,” said Dushyant while addressing public meetings in Khatkar, Barauda, Sedamajra villages.
He said that in first tenure of Bhupinder Singh Hooda government, Chaudhary Birender also served as the finance minister and he was holding the key of the state exchequer. “In second tenure as well he was a powerful Congressman who was heard a lot at the Centre. But what he did for the people of Uchana. The fact is nothing. Not even a single new brick was laid when Chaudhary Birender was in power for 10 years. How he can ask for votes with such a black track record,” questioned the INLD candidate. The INLD youth leader said that in reality Chaudhary Birender has established his political carrier by making fool of the public in every election by using one mean or other.:”
In last 35 years of his political carrier, I challenge him to come out with a one single big project that has proved a landmark for the development of Uchana segment. He is not having even one single education institute to show that was brought to this area for the development of the youth. Not only one youth was given employment by his efforts. Time has gone when people used to elect such leaders. In present scenario only performance is the key to win the heart of the public and only INLD leaders are having such good points,” said Dushyant Chautala. The INLD MP said that after his party forms the government, the entire government would be in the hands of the people of Uchana and they would decided their own fate for the development for the next five years.
