AIADMK cadres were Sunday seething with anger against the DMK, as they are convinced it is the latter that is responsible for the current travails of their leader J. Jayalalithaa.Assembling outside the party headquarters here, emotionally charged AIADMK women in a choked voice praised their leader and listed the various welfare measures initiated by her that benefited the weaker sections of the state populace."Amma must be there to rule the state. What will happen to the poor now," a woman party worker shouted.AIADMK general secretary and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa Saturday was sentenced to four-year jail term and Rs.100 crore fine in the disproportionate assets case by a court in Bangalore.
