Special Mobile Magistrate Kashmir came across a shocking revelation on Tuesday when it got to know that a Safari luxury car associated with State Technical Education Ministry has been plying across the Srinagar city with a flashing red beacon on top of it.Sources told CNS that soon after getting to know about the misdeed, Special Mobile Magistrate Kashmir Mehmood Ahmed Choudhri waited for the arrival of the luxury vehicle (JK02BE-0324) near Polo View Srinagar and seized it for violating the guidelines of the Supreme Court. The driver of the luxury car could not even produce the legal documents of the vehicle.Special Mobile Magistrate Kashmir confirmed the seizure of the VIP car and told CNS that they have decided to come down hard on those found moving around the city in cars fitted with a red beacon if they do not possess the requisite authorization. He further said that at least 8 vehicles were sized on Tuesday for not carrying legal documents. (CNS)
