Punjab Introduces Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The Punjab government has directed all the departments to provide speedy justice to the people of the state by redressing their grievances in tine bound manner and has come out with the online portal to facilitate the people to lodge their grievances.Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of Grievances Redressal department said that the state government has already set up an online portal to redress the complaints by of general public in time bound manner. He said that the people of the state could now lodge their complaints online and check the status of complaints’ online.The spokesperson said that written instructions in this regard have been issued all the departments of the state government and the Deputy Commissioners to immediately attend to the complaints received on online portal.
