Haryana Lokhit Party chief Gopal Kanda announced an upcoming state-level rally at Jind on August 17, saying that it will provide a new direction to the politics of the state. To make the rally a grand success, the party has assigned duties to the party leaders and the office bearers.  The crowd in the rally will ensure the ruling out of the Congress and will play an important role in the formation of HLP government in Haryana.

Gopal Kanda Speaking to reporters here today said that, the party has decided  the first list of seven candidates for the upcoming assembly elections. The party’s  candidates Pandit Umesh Sharma from GOHANA, Jai Singh Bishnoi from NALWA SINGH, Bharti Uklana from UKLANA, Ashok Buwaniwala from BHIWANI , Ved Prakash Yadav from BALLABGARH, Vijay Bhurthla from KOSLI and Gobind Kanda from RANIA has decided to enter the fray from respective constituencies as a candidate for the upcoming assembly elections. 

Repeating his words to contest all the 90 seats in Haryana Kanda said, the second list of candidates will be released very soon. He said that during elections in the near future HLP proposes to arrive at a stage with like-minded parties. He further said that agenda of the party will be announced after the public discussion at Jind rally. Through this rally the youth of the State shall be provided with information about employment opportunities and the party will also place its election manifesto before the public.

Gopal Kanda said that Haryana has become a state of financial emergency. He further added that the Haryana government is going to lead the state bear the burden of debt. In the last six months, the Haryana government has borrowed money every fifteen days later. He demanded white paper on the matter, saying that the government should describe the amount of debt taken in the last six months.

Over the announcement of a proposed  separate Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee by the Haryana government, Kanda said that he has already declared his stand  on the same at the time of the formation of the Haryana Lokhit Party and criticized the Congress government for playing the pide and rule politics. He said in the past ten years Hooda government has ignored this matter.

Kanda on the issue yesterday expressed fear that the government introduced the bill will not be called into the session.Taking the case of the youth of Haryana Gopal Kanda said the state government in the last ten years has been deceived in terms of jobs with youth. Today, in the state millions of unemployed youth are on the streets in search of employment. In full support of the public interest in student politics from the party Gopal Kanda said that the after the HLP government comes into rule it will hold elections of all the student organizations at the state universities and colleges without any delay. On this occasion, senior party leader Jai Singh Bishnoi, Hari Om bhali, Umesh Sharma, Tej Bansal, including Ish Serna were among the dignitaries present.

The slogan for the rally in Jind

Gopal Kanda today with the announcement of holding a rally in Jind also released a new slogan. He mobilized people of the state appealing to attend the rally, saying that, “It would not be just a rally in Jind, rather it would be fair of the state's well-being ....

Declaring not to attend the one-day session being called by Haryana government Kanda said that the government is trying to pervert the public.
