24x7 Complaint Centers Set Up By PSPCL

The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has set up 24X7 nodal complaint centers in each pision for the convenience of consumers. Disclosing this here today an official spokesman of Punjab Government said that consumers are requested to register electricity supply related complaints or obtain Power Supply related information from phone numbers of concerned Area/Sub pision. He further said that the State Government has ordered Deputy Commissioners to closely monitor whether farmers are receiving the allocated 8 hours power supply for paddy season. In case discrepancies are identified, they have to submit a report to the State Government. 

The Punjab Government is committed to ensure farmers receive uninterrupted power supply in this designated duration to facilitate maximization of crop production.In case consumers face any difficulty in registration of complaint or their complaint is not attended to, they can contact Senior Executive Engineer of the concerned area. If any complaint is not registered/not attended to/relevant information regarding electric supply is not provided, consumers can contact central control room established at the Head Office, Patiala on 96461-21458, 96461-21459, 0175-2208509, 0175-2218801 or via email at [email protected], In addition, he said that consumers of Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Bathinda cities can also register their complaints on 0161-5055510.
