A delegation from Netherland, led by its Ambassador Alphonsus Stoelinga called upon the Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here today.Alphonsus discussed the feasibility of water, waste and energy management in Himachal Pradesh. The Chief Minister recommended them to formulate a plan wherein cluster of small townships in the suburbs of Shimla town could be incorporated in a single clusters for Solid Waste Management in near future.Both Shri Virbhadra Singh and Shri Alphonsus discussed about the advanced technologies to be adopted in the field of Urban Development and better Transport system including environmental co-operation areas.The Chief Minister also honoured the Netherland Ambassador with Himachali cap and a Shawl.
