CM Pays Obeisance At Hatu Tample

Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today visited the famous Hatu temple near Narkanda in Shimla district on the auspicious occasion of ‘Jayetha Ravivaar’ and paid obeisance in the ancient temple. He also prayed for the well being and prosperity of the people of the State. Former Member of Parliament, Pratibha Singh also accompanied the Chief Minister.On the occasion, Chief Minister directed the authorities to ensure basic amenities at the temple to facilitate the devotees and tourists visiting this historic place.Earlier, Chief Minister was given rousing reception by people of area on his arrival at the temple complex.Irrigation and Public Health Minister, Smt. Vidya Stokes, Chief Parliamentary Secretary Shri Nand Lal, Advisor to Chief Minister T.G. Negi, District Congress Committee (Rural) President Shri Kehar Singh Khachi, Deputy Commissioner Shimla Shri Dinesh Malhotra, senior officers of the State Government and prominent people of area were also present on the occasion.Later, Shri Virbhadra Singh inspected PWD rest house at Theog and directed the officers to ensure proper and time-bound beautification of the rest house and its premises.
