Chief Secretary B.K. Agarwal informed today that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur will address Head of Missions (Ambassadors) of about 80 countries on 10 July, 2019 at New Delhi in connection with the proposed Global Investors Meet to be held on 7-8 November, 2019 in the State.Chief Secretary met Secretary, Union Economic Relations Ministry of External Affairs T.S. Tirumurti at New Delhi today to finalize arrangements for the event.Shri Agarwal said that meeting of Chief Minister with Head of Missions would greatly help in attracting investment to Himachal Pradesh from other countries. All the efforts are being made to make this meet a grand success. He said that during the session with Ambassadors of various countries, a detailed presentation would be made to make them aware about the investment potential of the state to woo the investors. He said that there will be a questioner and answer session also to clarify the queries of the potential investors.Secretary MEA has agreed to organize the meeting under the aegis of Ministry of External Affairs. He assured all possible cooperation for the event.
