The joint candidate from SAD-BJP for upcoming Lok Sabha Kirron Kher today presented her report card to Chandigarh Residents Welfare Association and recounts her achievements of last five years at function organised at Chandigarh Press Club. Kher presented her road map for the development of city beautiful.During the event, association's representatives laid down the problems regarding traffic problems, special cell for men, preventives for women security, water shortage during summers, stray dogs and need based policy.After listening to their grievances, Kher mentioned her successful project of recent times which includes railway under bridges (RUB). She said her tenure has approved the ring road and tribune flyover and work will be initiated soon. Taking tough on her opponents, Kher said if Metro was passed in 2007 why it was not started. She said in wake of women security a special helpline is started with the help of local police. She assured city will receive round the clock water supply through BBMB linkage very soon which will mark the end of water scarcity.Earlier in the day, Kirron Kher also met members and representatives of Bharat Vikas Parishad in Sector 24 where she urge for support. Present on the occasion includes National Secretary Ajay Dutta, Trustees Anoop Gupta, Anil Kaushik, Geeta Tandon, Tilak Raj and others.
