MOU Signing between Toi Ohomai, NewZealand and CGC Landran

Taking collaborations to a new high, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran has recently partnered with Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, New Zealand an institute which is home to almost 14,000 students and offers more than 240 programmes. The memorandum is the first step towards initiating a credit transfer program for the students of CGC Landran which will open plethora of opportunities for students to study and work at New Zealand. This will also offer Joint research global avenues for students as well as faculty members. Exploring the collaboration opportunities, Students of CGC Landran will get an opportunity to complete their degree abroad and will be offered 3 years post-study VISA to get industry experience. While signing the MOU at CGC Landran, Mr. Peter Richardson, Head of International at Toi Ohomai said, “Students will have the advantage of getting post study work visa for not less than 3 years which will make them familiar to our community. They may choose courses varying from computing to business”. During one-to-one interaction, Peter informed about a range of international opportunities awaiting CGC students those who want to study in New Zealand through various international programs like Credit Transfer, Summer Exchange to name a few.
