Hundreds of auto-rickshaw drivers today pledged their support to Congress candidate Capt Amarinder Singh. A delegation of the Auto-Rickshaw Union led by its president Ram Sharan Pal today met Capt Amarinder at the party office and extended their support to him They said, Capt Amarinder was the best choice for people of Amritsar to represent them in the parliament. They hoped that he will use his influence for improving the infrastructure in the city. They said, the roads were full of potholes  and it was difficult to drive on the roads.Extending his gratitude to the Auto Drivers’ union Capt Amarinder said, he will ensure they are provided free and fair environment to work and operate. He also agreed with them over the poor condition of roads in the city.Among others present on the occasion included Rana Gurjeet Singh, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Ashwani Pappu and others.
