Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar never spares an opportunity to draw comparisons between his four and a half-year-old government in the state and the nearly one decade long rule of the Congress."The Congress was running a 'BBC ki Sarkar' in Haryana. This was 'badliyan' (transfers), 'bhartiyan' (recruitment) and 'CLU' (change of land use licences).
