Congress candidate supporters protests against black-marketing of sand in unique way

Member Parliament and Congress Candidate from Ludhiana Ravneet Singh Bittu's supporters has held a protest against black marketing of sand and gravels in a unique way. Congress leaders have displayed packets of sand and gravels outside his election office at Sarabha Nagar Election Office with picture of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, indicating that how the prices of sand and gravels have increased in the reign of SAD-BJP alliance. 

Vidhan Sabha Constituency Atam Park incharge K.K. Bawa, Nirmal Singh Kaira president Congress Sewa Dal, Ramesh Joshi, Sushil Malhotra, Amarjit Singh Tikka said the sand that had cost Rs. 2500 per truck in the reign of congress has increased up to Rs. 25,000 in the reign of SAD-BJP. Similarly, the rate of gravels has been increased from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 40,000 in the reign of SAD-BJP alliance.The increase in rate of sand and gravels has affected the real estate business and the labourers have been deprived of employment.The leaders further added that the SAD-BJP reign will be known for loot and anarchy. The price of sand is more than flour. If obstinate of SAD-BJP leaders continues the unemployment will increase.  Unemployed youth will fall prey of drugs. The leaders said that irony is that the SAD leaders themselves are involved in the drug peddling.
