National Conference leader Omar Abdullah on Thursday said that China's veto against JeM chief Masood Azhar being declared a global terrorist and not holding Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir were "big failures" of the Modi government.Abdullah tweeted: "China places a 'technical hold' on Masood Azhar in the UN again!
