As many as 160 complaints and demands received during Jan Manch organised at Khud in Haroli constituency of Una district which was presided over by Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Minister Kishan Kapoor. All the demands and complaints received were disposed off on the occasion.Kishan Kapoor said that more than 25000 complaints have been redressed during Jan Manch organised so far and the state government is committed to provide good governance to facilitate the people of the state. He said that the state government has provided 64 thousand LPG connections to the beneficiaries under Grihini Suvidha Yojna in the state.
Solan district
In Solan district, the Jan Manch was organised at Darlaghat in Arki assembly constituency which was presided over by Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the state government is working for women empowerment and various schemes have been launched in this regard.As many as 254 demands and complaints were received during Jan Manch. The Minister honoured the beneficiaries of Beti Hai Anmol scheme and distributed free gas connections to 150 to beneficiaries on this occasion.
Bilaspur district
As many as 349 demands and complaints were received during Jan Manch organized at Gahar in Ghumarwin constituency of Bilaspur district which was presided over by MPP and Power Minister Anil Sharma. As many as 349 demands and complaints were received during the programme. He said that the government has eased the process for getting power connection to facilitate the citizens of the state.The Minister distributed 245 free LPG connections to the beneficiaries on the occasion.MLA Rajender Garg was also present on the occasion.
Sirmour district
Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary presided over the Jan Manch at Sataun in Sirmour district. As many as 50 cases were disposed off on the spot and the Minister directed to resolve the remaining complaints and demands within 15 days. She said that the Union government has provided Rs. 12,000 crore to the state for different projects which will go a long way in ensuring speedy development of the state. She said that the ADB has approved Rs. 1900 crore for the state which would help in promoting tourism in the state along with the Sirmaur district.MP Virender Kashyap was also present on the occasion.
Shimla district
Agriculture Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda presided over the Jan Manch at Badagaon in Shimla district. As many as 141 complaints and demands were received during the programme.The Minister distributed FDs amounting to Rs. 85100 to nine girls and LPG connections to eight beneficiaries on the occasion .MLA Rakesh Singha was also present on the occasion.
Mandi district
In Mandi district the Jan Manch was held at Gagal in Balh Assembly constituency which was presided over by Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Minister Virender Kanwar. He distributed LPG connections to the beneficiaries.As many as 218 cases were disposed off in the programme.
Kangra district
In Kangra district, the Jan Manch was held at Shantla in Jaswan Pragpur which was presided over by Industries Minister Bikram Singh. As many as 135 complaints were disposed off on the occasion. In all 252 complaints and demands were received during the programme.
Hamirpur district
While presiding over the function at Galod in Nadaun Assembly constituency of Hamirpur district, Forest Minister Govind Singh said that electronic bus services would be started soon in Dharamshala after Shimla, He said that the process is on to fill up the posts of 500 drivers and conductors.As many as 66 complaints were received during the function out of which 35 were disposed off on the spot.
Kullu district
Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal said that Jan Manch has proved to be a great success and other states of the country. He was presiding over the Jan Manch ay Bada Bhuin in Kullu district.As many as 90 complaints and demands were received during the programme out of which 55 were redressed on the spot.MLA Sunder Singh Thakur was also present on this occasion.
