The unabated snowfall from yesterday despite metrological department pridicted Administration in Shopian works 24×7 to tackle the problems.Reports reaching to INS that maximum roads are yet to be cleared fromki snow in keller ,Shopian and Imam saheb tehsils including Mohandpora, Dobipora -Mulu , Arkher - Wachahalan, Nagbal - Tarkwangam where People are now trying to clear the snow themselvesdespite administration 24×7 work in through out district.People talking to INS from mushwara area of Keller Tehsil said yesterday evening a sick lady from village stuck as the road was not cleared from snow,by the help of local people she was taken to bed to reach hospital,However admimistration claims after the incident we issued ambulance to her.Upper of areas of Shopian talking to this correspondent on Phone that not any sort of help by administration so far as the snow here is 3-5 half feet,we are suffered by the help of you please take the issue with administration so that we get relief ,we are cut from other areas.About Power Restoration DC shopian told Due to Fault in 132kV Awantipora -Lassipora Transmission Line, power supply to grid Stations Lassipora and Shopian effected. Our 132kV Lassipora-Shopian Transmission Line is ok. However administration told with in hours All roads in district will be cleared as the work is in process and main roads are so far cleared we have issued helpline no's asked people any sort inconvience dial Us.Meanwhile administration of Pulwama asked people to be patient and positive. As Clearance on following roads is in progress in Rajpora areas Shadimarg Qalampora inprogress , Drabugam payeen inprogress ,Below Arbil Nikas road inprogress ,Abhama interior inprogress,Uzrampathri Draco inprogress,Interior Qasbayar inprogress,Lasidaban Keller )inprogress and additional three more machines has been deployed to clear blocked roads.
