In the meantime, the Panthers party members also started shouting against the government. They were demanding that the governor should take over and announce the bye elections. Both PDP and Panthers party walked out of the hall shouting slogans to press their respective demands and boycotted the governor’s joint address.

MLA Langate was also on his toes and he too was demanding the body of Afzal Guru. Rasheed however, did not boycott the governor’s address but he opted for disrupting the proceedings by trying to come in front of him. When Rasheed’s resistance increased, he was marshaled out of the hall.
