KVIC distributed 30 electric pottery machines among traditional potters

On the initiative taken by Chairman Vinai Kumar Saxena, Khadi & Village Industries Commission, Govt. Of India on sunday distributed 30 electric pottery machines among the traditional potters of far flung village Chatipora Kumaf Mohalla Baramula.As per the details KVIC distributed pottery machines at far flung area of Baramula District today on 20th Jan 2019. Machines were distributed by Shri D S Bhati State Director KVIC J&K, Shri Anil Kumar Sharma Assistant Director Incharge Kashmir Region. During the distribution beneficiaries thanked KVIC and Hon'ble Prime Minister for this nobel work. Requested to distribute more machines.This initiative will help the people to earn their livelihood.Giving details about the training state Director KVIC D.S. Bhati and Assistant Director/ Principal PMTC Pampore Shri Anil Sharma said that the training programme was started at Leh as per the initiative taken by Chairman KVIC who have started this drive across the country. They said the before distribution of machines the traditional potters were imparted special training on electric pottery machines by the training Centre PMTC Pampore of KVIC. Trainer and staff were present during the training course.On the occasion the potters thanked KVIC specially Chairman Vinai Kumar Saxena and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing the opportunity of livelihood. They said we are thankful and hope that KVIC will continue its drive in future also.On there demand D S Bhati assured the potters that they will get every possible help from KVIC And he will request the competent authority of KVIC for more electric pottery machines.
