Ch. Lal Singh while addressing the gathering said that it is very unfortunate that the people of Jammu cannot get even CBI inquiry, what to talk of the Jobs and other benefits. The people of Jammu are struggling for the last year for a simple demand of CBI.  He further  said that the successive Governments both of the state and the center who always treated the people of Jammu as a simple vote banks never bothered about the legitimate issues of Jammu and always ignored the aspirations of Dogras. Further the youth of Jammu are facing all the issues of unemployment and they the people of Jammu are moving to other states for job ith a begging bowl. The potential of the natural resources is not used and the power is purchased from the other state. The policy of successive the government is totally wrong in a sense that the household resources are underutilized and the people in power are looking for the resources from other states. 

Ch. Lal Singh also said the youth of Jammu are exploited by the Kashmir centered parties by giving maximum wine shops in Jammu and nil to Kashmir and appealed to youth to remain away from the menace of the alcohol and drugs. While addressing the gathering, Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu General Secretary, appealed to all people to support the cause of the development of Jammu.Meanwhile the leaders of the various social organizations and deputation led by Col J P Singh, Chairman Ex-servicemen wing, Kissan Cell led by Th. K P Singh, Sports Cell led by Chairman Ch. Prem Singh, Art and culture Cell by Mr Jackson, and a deputation of locals from Ramban led by Sh. Piar Singh meet former MP and Cabinet Minister Ch. Lal Singh at his Gandinagar office and extended full support to the Sangathan. All the people of the different delegations extended full support and pledged to work for the cause of Jammu and assured to take the vision of DSS to every household.  Col JP Singh, Chairman Ex-servicemen wing of the DSS also addressed the gathering. Prominent members of the delegations were Prof RK Sharma, Akhtar Hussain from Balesa. Smt Geeta Thakur, Dr HR Sharma, Sh Vikas Dutt and Smt Navneet Kaur also preset in the meeting.
