Punjab Government on Monday gave additional charge of Secretary, Technical Education & Industrial Training and Secretary, Employment Generation & Training to Mr. Gurkirat Kirpal Singh, IAS, Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Punjab, during the Election duty of Mr. D.K. Sinha has been given Additional charge of vacant post of Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs.
