Bengaluru is expected to be the most favored property investment destination for NRIs, followed by other cities. It is  important that developers work on creating a Happy City – one that creates a favourable environment for residence and employment, on a large scale,  to ensure that return on investments as well as demand, remain constant. There are several ways to do that and this forum of the NAR-India 10th  Annual Convention is one such where multi-stakeholders can get together and discuss how this goal can be achieved”.

About NAR-India

NAR-India is the apex body of Realtors in India, currently having 46 city Associations of Realtors across India collectively having over 50,000  Members who are market leaders in the industry. NAR-India being the credible voice of Realtors in the country has contributed to make the Government  of India (GOI) comprehend the role and function of the Realtor in this industry. The new regulatory environment will provide a good opportunity for  members to emphasize the difference between well educated, well trained realtors and the uninformed man on the street who also sells real estate.  NAR-India had been consulted by the GOI in formulation of the Real Estate Regulatory Bill. NAR-India has always advocated licensing of the Realtor  profession and the discipline it will bring to Members/Realtors in our industry. NAR-INDIA, the only National level organization of Realtors, with a Code  of Conduct and Ethics, aims at elevating the standards of practice of the Real Estate Brokerage Business to a global level where Ethics,  Transparency, Accountability, Rule of Law and Good Governance prevail.
