Himachal CM Vir Bhadra singh indicated about the group ism in BJP of The State, and said that Ex CM Dhumal is controlling the party elections in the state ,where as Ex CM Shanta Kumar and Dhumal are not in good terms. Singh said ,”Jinhe (Dhumal ko ) veh abna saathi samjhte ,Veh hi unka sabse bada dhushman hae .Bure Fanse Shanta ji .”He said that Shanta even rejected the land sealing act enforced by Congress government in
Singh said that Shanta has no achievement for the area in his long political career. He asked, “Where he spent 30 crore of MP Development fund.”Singh was addressing a rally at Dharamshala after the nomination filing by Chander Kumar ,the congress candidate for Kangra seat.Vir Bhadra said,”Shanta Kumar who remained CM of Himachal twice has no achievements to tell the public, instead he raised a Hotel for his family at Palampur and a Vivekananda hospital now being run by JP group .” He said that congress government has opened thousands of schools in the state, where as the when Dhumal was in power his BJP government closed down 175 school.
Reacting over the Gujarat Model, Singh said,” It is not true that Gujarat is leading in every field in the country, even Himachal is ahead in so many fields say Education.”The rally was also addressed by ex minister Vijay singh Mankotia, AICC secretary Asha Kumari and State Congress Chief Sukhu.Beside Chander Kumar (Congress) the other who filed the nominations today are Rajan Shushant (AAP), Baldev Raj (Himachal Swabhiman Party) and Dani Ram (Indipendet). Lal Husain (BSP) and Prem Chand (Indipendent)filed their papers earlier for this parliamentary constituency. Shanta Kumar (BJP) is expected to file papers on Friday. The polling for all 4 seats in Himachal shall take place on 7 th of May.
