Praneet Bhardwaj, DC, Bathinda visited the Guru Gobind Singh Refinery today and met with the Senior Management of HMEL. Mr. A S Basu, Head of Refinery Operations, HMEL, welcomed him and apprised him about the significance of the Guru Gobind Singh Refinery Infrastructure to meet the energy demand of North India.
