Additional District Development Commissioner, Reasi, Ramesh Chander today called a meeting in view of the ongoing Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National Nutrition Month) here at the DC office.Chief Planning Officer, Harbans Lal Sharma, Child Development Project Officer Arnas, Ramesh Chander, Ravish Singh Rana, mobilisers of SRLM (UMEED) and concerned officers attended the meeting.The meeting discussed several issues pertaining to the professionals registered under the State Rural Livelihood Mission (UMEED) and other ground workers. Success stories of these professionals were also shared during the meeting.It was informed that every week of the POSHAN month was given a theme including Monitoring Growth of Children, Education of Mothers, Greenery and Cleanliness of Anganwadi Centres and Nutrition for All.The meeting was concluded with an oath ceremony, officiated by the ADDC, in which everybody pledged to make POSHAN Abhiyaan a success.
