Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer, (LAHDC) Kargil (Election Authority), Vikas Kundal today convened a meeting to take stock of the preparations with regard to ensuing Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil Elections-2018 here today.The Deputy Commissioner asked all the Zonal and Sectoral Magistrates and Zonal and Sectoral Police Officers to work with utmost dedication and efficiently. He also asked them to ensure free, fair and transparent poll process.Taking stock of the security and communication facilities, the DC said that to ensure better communication facilities, wireless arrangements were made in some polling stations were telephone facilities are not available.Superintendent of Police Kargil, Dr Pawan Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Sonum Chasjore and all Zonal and Sectoral Magistrates and Zonal and Sectoral Police Officers were present on the occasion.
