District Development Commissioner, Rahul Yadav today visited tehsil Mandi to inspect the developmental works and arrangements made for the upcoming festivals of Eid-ul-Azha and Charri Mubarakh.He was accompanied by Tehsildar Zaheer Raina, Naib Tehsildar Abid Hussain, DSP HQ Nawaz and others block officers of concerned departments.While inspecting the arrangements of Shri Budha Amarnath ji Yatra, the DDC asked the concerned officers to put in place all arrangements to ensure smooth pilgrimage.He also visited the stalls put up by the Horticulture and Handloom Department.During his visit, the DDC inspected various ongoing developmental works and directed for their time bound completion while ensuring quality.The DDC also interacted with the locals and gave a patient hearing to the issues and demands put forth by them pertaining to construction of toilet near Eidgah, power and water supply, traffic congestion in market area and other developmental needs. The DDC assured them that all their genuine issues will be looked into.
