Union Minister of State (I/C) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Giriraj Singh launched Western and Ethnic Designer Wear collections at Khadi Bhawan at Connaught Place New Delhi. During the inauguration function Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) Chairman Vinai Kumar Saxena, KVIC (North Zone) Head Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat, Designer Ritu Beri were present. Besides Mr. Panda and Mr. Negi were also present among the dignitaries.Giving details, Dr. Hina said that Khadi is now for each and every one.She said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the brand ambassador of Khadi and its sales growth has increased three folds.Hina said PM Modi has always promoted Khadi even on his every foreign tours.KVIC North Zone Head said that Khadi which has always created history is again scripting history ... internationally acclaimed fashion designer Ritu Beri is now designing trending designs in Khadi.
