Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki visited the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) at Shimla today.He went around the campus and appreciated the rare heritage building which was reminiscent of the old glory of Shimla.“Indian Institute of Advance Study is a motivational Institute. This legacy of the Britishers is today established as the best center of higher study in the country. It can emerge as a center of excellence of study to fulfill the resolution of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat", said the Governor.Prem Chand holding the additional charge of Secretary IIAS welcomed the Governor and apprised him about the historical background of the magnificent building.Officers of Raj Bhawan accompanied the Governor.
