On the directions of District Development Commissioner, Simrandeep Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pawan Kumar Parihar today chaired a meeting to finalize the arrangements for upcoming Trishul Bhaint Yatra commencing on 18th of July 2018 from Doda to Chinote temple in Bhaderwah, which is the base camp of the Annual Machail Yatra.ACR Tariq Hussain Naik, Tehsildar Gias ul Hal, DySP Hq Iftikhar Ahmed, ARTO Zubair Ahmed, Xen PDD, representatives from Health, PHE, R&B, Municipality besides member of Sanatan Dharam Sabha were present in the meeting.Responding to the demands of President Sanatan Dharam Sabha, ADC directed the police to provide proper security by deploying sufficient number of police personnel enroute as well as the main venue of Yatra. ARTO Doda was asked to arrange the required number of buses for transportation of yatris from Doda to Bhaderwah and back, besides directed to ensure that no overloading to be done by the vehicles.Health department was directed to provide an ambulance along with doctors and paramedical staff which shall move with the Yatra throughout the day. EO Municipal committee was asked to ensure cleanliness in and around the town and the main venue of Yatra. Directions with regard to temporary installations of toilets was also passed to municipal committee.Arrangement with regard to uninterrupted supply of electricity, availability of water, smooth movement of traffic, accommodation at Dak Bunglow Bhaderwah were also discussed during the meeting.
